Cajun Whitefish ~ Pan sauteed white fish with mild cajuncornmeal seasoning.
Beef Stroganoff ~ Sauteed tender prime rib, onions, and mushroomsin a traditional stroganoff sauce over egg noodles.
Steak Sandwich ~ Thin slice grilled ribeye steak on toastwith lettuce and mayonnaise.
Blue Ridge Steak ~ ½ pound of freshly cut ribeye steak,charbroiled to order. Blacken Steak add onions/mushrooms
Vegetable Lasagna ~ Lasagna noodles with spinach, carrots, andonions in cheese sauce .
Chicken Livers ~ Pan- fried to perfection with sautéed onions.
Baked Tilapia - with lemon dill sauce and spices
Pork Tenderloin with Apple~nut stuffing and plum sauce~ A new house specialty (subject to sell out quickly)
