Chicken Champagne ~ A boneless chicken breast sautéed in a mushroom Champagne sauce.

~ A boneless chicken breast , baked in a special plum sauce. A "Mill" tradition.
Cajun Whitefish ~ Pan sauteed white fish with
mild cajun cornmeal seasoning.
Beef Stroganoff ~ Sauteed tender prime rib, onions, and mushrooms in a traditional stroganoff
sauce over egg noodles.
Steak Sandwich ~ Thin slice grilled ribeye steak on toast with lettuce and mayonnaise.
Blue Ridge Steak
~ ½ pound of freshly cut ribeye steak, charbroiled to order. Blacken Steak add onions/mushrooms
Vegetable Lasagna ~ Lasagna
noodles with spinach, carrots, and onions in cheese sauce .
Chicken Livers ~ Pan- fried to perfection with sautéed onions.
