Weaverville Milling Company Restaurant

The Weaverville Milling Company was formed in late 1980 after its founders, Sally and Kevin Smith, discovered their passion for cooking. They have been featured on WLOS TV, and Southern Living.
Sally Smith still own's and operates the "Mill" today.


The "Mill" was a working grist mill until 1965. There are still many original pieces of equipment. We hope you enjoy the historic, rustic atmosphere, and take time to relax.

The “Mill” can accommodate up to 250 party members. Book your party in advance!
